Our mission serves as the basis for how we drive our company.  It keeps us true to our ideals and is how we measure our actions.  Our mission is to:

  • Increase carbon footprint measuring and reporting and the development of long term sustainability programs with law firms across the country and abroad.
  • Create the environmental sustainability standard for law firms to provide a benchmark of how their sustainability programs measure.
  • Create a law firm community to actively and independently share best practices in environmental sustainability.

We believe that it is everyone's responsibility to help the world become more sustainable and combat climate change.  The inception of ecoAnalyze was created with this in mind.  With our collective expertise in the legal industry, we believe we can have the most impact by serving the community we know best.  We believe we can help the legal industry contribute to shaping a sustainable future.

Management Team

Roger Barton
Non-Executive Officer

Roger has been involved in the sustainable and renewable industry for more than twenty years. He is currently the Managing Director of iDP, a sustainable development company formed in 1998. Roger has a BA honors degree in Environmental Studies and specializes in environmental consulting, civil engineering and renewable energy research and development, including bio-fuels production.

Gayatri Joshi
Vice President of Client Management

Gayatri has extensive law firm experience having most recently served as the practice and business development executive for the Merger and Acquisitions Practice of Shearman & Sterling, one of the world's most prestigious law firms. Gayatri has an in-depth understanding of law firm cultures and their distinctive operational components. Gayatri has extensive project management experience in the professional services environment and has operated at all levels within the law firm environment.

Evan Barton
Vice President of Information Technology

Evan has an extensive expertise of web based information management and e-commerce systems having spent the last fifteen years developing trading platforms for some of the worlds largest financial institutions, including Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.

Raime Falero
Social Media Communication Specialist

Raime, a recent Environmental Studies Graduate, has assisted a number of environmental non-for-profits and clean technology start-ups with the development of their social media campaigns, membership growth  and fund raising activities.


Jason Costa
Strategic Communications Specialist

Jason has spent more than a decade advising global law firms on all aspects of strategic communication, with particular emphasis on branding and media relations. Most recently, Jason led the U.S. Media Relations team of DLA Piper, one of the world's largest and best known law firms. He was a founding member of DLA Piper's Global Sustainability Task Force, and drafted the marketing and external communications plan for the roll-out of the firm's Global Sustainability Initiative. Jason is also the founder and president at Casa de Costa.

Brandie Knox
Design & Branding Specialist

Brandie has been an expert in design strategy for more than a decade, winning numerous awards for her ability to communicate, persuade and create meaningful experiences for her legal clients’ target audience.   She is particularly adept at incorporating sustainability into her clients’ design.  Most recently, Brandie led the brand and design team of Shearman & Sterling, launching global branding initiatives, including the award winning “white shoe” recruiting campaign as well as the firm’s global sustainability campaign.  Brandie is also the principal and founder of knox design strategy.
